Refund policy
We have a no return policy, however we do offer a store credit or an Exchange to any other item available in stock. You will be responsible for paying ALL shipping fees including shipping back the item and sending out a new order. You have 24 hours after achieving your package to request an exchange. If more than 24 hours has passed since you've received your shipment, The Sale is FINAL.
To be eligible for a an easy Exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at lafarrahboutique@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, it You will be responsible to ship the items back and pay for the Shipping Fee.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like Face Masks, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. ALL Sale items are FINAL Sale.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
